Pediatric urgent care near me in Helotes, TX

My son wasn’t feeling well, they quickly took our information and his vitals. We were then taken to the exam room with very little wait time, the staff was very helpful and got to us quickly. The pharmacy was closed due to the time so the were able to give my son the medicine he needed to begin his healing. I am very pleased with the service we received.

This was the best urgent care I visited, best service and doctors and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Dr and staff were great and definitely made me feel comfortable and even cracked a few jokes!!

I have the options to go somewhere where the prices will be less but it's worth coming here to get the best medical care. Staff is friendly and the doctor kind and friendly as well.

Everyone from the front desk to my doctor were super nice and friendly. Waiting time - about 8 minutes, so not bad. I think many doctors should learn from dr. Sida Yan. Very nice person, helpful and a good listener. I really appreciate her patient to me because I was nervous and talking a lot, so sorry about that :). She explained everything to me - she didn’t rush like some doctors like to do.

This was my second visit. Very clean facility. Very quick. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were so knowledgeable about what was going on with my son, and answered every single one of my questions without skipping a beat.

The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When you’re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies
