I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.
