When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. I had never been to an urgent care . I m used to seeing MD s just my personal choice, but I was grateful to have a nice NP on my visit. I liked the clinic visit summary print out given to me at end of appointment without having to ask for it for my records and the check in process from start to finish st this location was professional . The front desk lady was helpful with my check in as I do not particularly like tablet/chromebook check ins Overall my experience at this location on Lone Star @ Culebra was comfortable .. These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !!
