          Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails.           My daughter’s appointment was easy to schedule and went smoothly. My only issue is that the NP said she “would call either way” with the x-ray results after the radiologist review, but she never did.

          Tried to set up a virtual appointment to avoid having to go into the office. Staff was kind enough to reach out to let me know that it was an appointment that required us to come in. They the. helped the schedule a good time for me to bring my daughter in. Short wait time, clean office, and staff was super friendly.           Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

          Make sure if your getting a sports physical bring prescription glasses. I came and paid cash for the exam and was told if I failed exam i don’t get a refund. The call the day before to confirm should have advised me to bring them. I was a bit upset about being set up for failure

          We normally have a great experience with the provider during our visits at this location, but yesterday I felt very dismissed. I felt uncomfortable asking any follow-up questions because my concerns were being dismissed left and right. I love this location, but this was not good a good experience during this visit.
