I made an appointment, was called in quickly. I was checked out by a friendly, knowledgeable doctor, who took his time explaining treatment with me. Staff was welcoming, and super friendly. I would recommend this clinic.

2nd time the Director examined me and took her time to explain everything in a calm and honest manner. She puts me at ease and takes her time. I appreciate her each time I go there!

On-time. efficient friendly and business-like. Online booking and processing all went just fine.

I had an emergency. My phone had no power. The receptionist registered me. In 7 minutes I was called to a patient room, was seen by the doctor, and discharged. Every one was professional, respectful, and vibrant. The facility was decorated like a grand hotel. I saved the Next Level number in my phone to take a gift for being exceptional.

The staff, the attentive care and their fast response dealing with my husband pneumonia and what turned out to be blood clot. They had orders to Methodist, where he was admitted and now back recouping. It really was a life saving experience. They have kept up with us checking on both our progress against this virus. Certainly a "go to" place for healthcare. My only regret is that I didn't write down the names of the fine staff that cared for us.

Unfortunately I’ve had to go back several times for treatment for the same issue over a period of a few weeks. I think it’s pretty unfair that they charge me every time.

Dr Sanjoto amazing she took care of my pain very knowledgeable. I was given the best quality of care. Fantastic Doctor. Marissa front desk phoenimal best customer service and the other staff Jen tech Chris jones out standing best urgent care in the business.

The entire staff had a fantastic attitude and got me in and out. Extremely satisfied and wish all healthcare workers were the same! Thank you Mrs.  Raspberry and Ms. Alex!!
