The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

Too long wait time. I don’t recommend this place if you need urgent care.

Was able to book an appointment quickly. Staff was helpful including helping me with technology. Been there few times. Surprised more attention has not been given to surroundings such as chipped paint on walls, chairs with cracked leather. Place may be clean but not kept up. Does not give a clean appearance!

I was able to get checked in earlier than the scheduled time, all the the staff was very friendly and polite

For a Saturday morning, I had many options to schedule an appointment. Check in was easy and fast. Staff friendly and professional. My PA was extremely knowledgeable and made the suggestion that I needed to be seen at ER because I needed a CT scan.her diagnosis was correct

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

I came in ten minutes before closing with second degree burns from spilling boiling water on my stomach, and the nurses and doctors treated me so well. No one rushed me out despite the time. The doctor was very caring and compassionate. The staff really cares. Thank you all for your help.

The service was great. And the doctor was so professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what was happening. Which made feel alot better. Thanks again

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.
