Had a great experience. It had a pleasant atmosphere. The doctor determined the problem in 2 minutes, gave me a breathing treatment with instructions how to use it and prescribed the proper medication for my sickness. I was out of there in 45 minutes with instructions to be out of work for 2 days. I was feeling better in 2 days but followed the doctors orders to stay inside for 4 days. I I would fully recommend this clinic.

Dr. Rodriguez and the staff are wonderful. What a trip to the ER was not fixed the night before, he knew what i needed and the staff moved fast to care for me. I will always go that facility if I need care. My co-pay was the payment for the care i received. I'm not sure how much the ER visit will be but I'm sure much, much, much more than that. I want to mention the ER I visit is not afiliated with RiverSide.

Getting Tested for STDs in Wakefield, VA

Who should get tested for STDs?

Anyone who is sexually active should consider getting tested for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). This is particularly important for those who have multiple sexual partners, engage in unprotected sex, or have symptoms of an STD. It's also vital for pregnant women to get tested, as STDs can have serious health consequences for both the mother and baby. According to the CDC, routine testing is recommended for certain STDs depending on your age and sexual behavior.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is crucial for maintaining both your health and the health of your sexual partners. Many STDs can be asymptomatic, meaning they present no symptoms, yet they can still be transmitted to others and can lead to serious health complications if left untreated. Regular testing allows for early detection and treatment, reducing the risk of complications and preventing the spread of the disease.
