I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. The wait may be long but once you are called you get the best care possible. I highly recommend Sun Coast.

I have been to this urgent care office four times. I have received excellent care every time. The entire staff has a great attitude and makes the visit as pleasant as possible.

THE NURSE TRIAGED ME, TOOK ME TO THE ROOM AND BEFORE I COULD HAVE A SEAT TO MY SURPRISE THE DR WAS WALKING IN...DR SONG YU WAS VERY THOROUGH, HE HAD A LOVELY BEDSIDE MANNER AND HE WAS FRIENDLY. HE OFFERED THE BEST OPTION FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY AND SENT ME HOME WITH A Z PACK, I FELT BETTER WITHING MINUTES AFTER THE INJECTION...IF I EVER GET SICK AGAIN WHILE MY DOCTOR IS ON BREAK, I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK FOR A VISIT, I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT, THANK YOU MEDHELP!
