Every part of the process here was awesome. I had an unfortunate injury that required stitches, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took me in and helped me out with 3 quick stitches. Honestly I was underimpressed with the service - my doctor was virtual and it felt like there was less care given. I also had no idea the doctor wasn’t on premise a heads up would have been nice - why did I pay 200 for a virtual visit. Disappointing
