I got out of bed this morning and my right knee hurt so bad I had a hard time standing without pain. I was given several options to look into that could help with the pain. My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great. Even the pharmacy technician was helpful and kind.

Took a spill and feared a broken bone in my hand. South Huron Urgent Care took great care of me. Waited about five minutes to be seen. Dr Cindy is great!! X-rayed, splinted and I'm ready to go, with follow up instructions that she went over with me. She showed me the x-ray, and explained what was going on. They took time and care with me. Office staff is friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
