I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person. Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. This place is amazing. Be kind and courteous yourselves and perhaps you'd enjoy it as well!
