When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? The staff was watching myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that 9 AM time arrived ! Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I actually walked in, registered and was called in to a room in a matter of maybe 15 to 20 minutes. The PA was extremely friendly and helpful, waited a bit for the doctor and even then when they arrived it was so quick and then I was on my way. I did get the appropriate care for my issue but the wait was longer than the time the doctor spent with me.
