All in all the staff was good. As usual with any and all medical appointments I have ever had there was a wait of 10 or 15 min. Why is that always the case?

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I needed a tetanus shot because I was stuck by a nail. It was easy to schedule an appointment using the website and also check in before my visit. Minimal wait time when I arrived and office staff were very friendly. The nurse practitioner was very calming and knowledgeable. She was super friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.
