So impressed with all the staff we interacted with! The person who scheduled our appointment was efficient and friendly, as was the girl who checked us in. The medical staff was outstanding, and our issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

Very professional and ideal for urgent care they’re the best and thank you for all that you do for our community! Keep up the good work!!!

Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

It was awful. My tonsil feels like it is going to fall out. And I am whincing everytime I swallo, and the dr. Said to come back in 7. Days. This cold is not going away on its own. I have been sick for over a week. But when he asked when “these” symptoms started, I thought he meant the unbearable swallowing, so I said the day before yesterday. Now Sunday. Is when the unbearable swapping started. He said to come back in 7 days if it gets worse. I realized he didn’t know what I meant and stopped him and said the swalling  is already unbearable  that is why I’m here. He suggest to send me home with lidocaine. I said yea because that sounds familiar but I don’t remember what it was and it was the only help he offered. Then I was told they didn’t have any…. Which by then I realized  ir was to numb pain. I don’t need that. I need something to help me get over this cold.  The dr. Never came back to say that to me. He only offered me that to get out of the room even though I’m sure he knew you were out of the supply of that, because the way he offered.  What a terrible experience.   I can’t even swallo now.

I took my son in for Urgent Care. Even before I got to the clinic, Amber and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and caring, being effective and efficient. Thank you!

Walked in early morning on a Saturday and was able to be seen quickly. Staff was pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

I was able to get an appointment on the same day with almost no wait time.  The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable.

The doc and other staff were really nice but a couple things. First, once we got all the way home from appt, the doc called and asked if we could drive back because he forgot to check lungs and heart. We don’t live super far so we did, but it was pretty inconvenient and also felt really odd he just forgot these basic things. Second, he was diagnosed with a concussion but the note we were given for school was really weird and didn’t even mention concussion - just mentioned the accommodations he would need for a concussion… the school nurse was going to call for more clarification because it was written so odd - but this caused more work for everyone so not sure why it wasn’t written clearer from beginning. Other than those things it was a good experience and the doc was caring and friendly.

The staff were more than helpful, but the platform used to do tele-appointments is not user friendly! I tried multiple times to log-in, but I had zero video or audio abilities despite allowing access to my computer! As a teacher I am very used to these online meeting formats and this one by far is the worst and least effective one I have used yet!

Staff did not seem to care at all about resolving my issue.  Issue Sore throat for 2 weeks cant even sleep some nights because of the pain. they did a quick 10-15 minute step throat test and the quick one came back negative.  Asked what I wanted to do next.  I don’t know is a 97% accurate test the only thing that can be done?  That means for  every 100 patients three will be 3 diagnosed negative for strep throat when they have it.  I told them do the culture.  They kept asking me what I wanted to do.  I don’t know. I’m not the doctor.  I didn’t  know I was running the clinic. Scheduling was easy. Caring about trying to fix my issue was non existent.   Dr. didn’t even look in my throat until  to the very end when I asked her to. I’d think that is step one when I showed up is to actually see if they could see an issue.  Very lazy care. Front desk lady was awesome.

Listened and provided great care. Appointment was quick, convenient and overall great experience.  Really appreciate the friendly staff and care shown for my wellbeing.

Went in for back injury with severe pain and over all feeling not well left in the same fashion was given muscle relaxers for pain as I explained that it wouldn't help still have tremendous pain so I feel as if it where just a waist of time still can't sleep and the pain is still intolerable only to have to wait a whole month just to be seen by specialist all the while suffering tremendously in pain the whole reason for my visit really didn't help at all

Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

Have had a pinched muscle/nerve affecting me for a few days so made an appointment to get it checked out. I have a regular doctor but no appointments are available for months. Got an appointment within 2 hours and left with some good advice for follow up care and a referral for physical therapy. Office was mostly clean (I used to have a job cleaning houses so I notice absolutely everything). Staff members looked me in the face when talking to me. For the short amount of time they have available to spend with each patient, they conveyed actually caring about what was happening with my concern.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Dance thumping music waited 2 hrs. 250 bucks just to get antibiotics??
