Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

I have been feeling ill for a while. My Dr office couldn't get me for a week. Made an appointment online. Waited for only about 5 min. Everyone at office was great. Got tests done and a breathing treatment done and it was less that an hour from start to finish. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

I had been coughing up phlegm an awful lot, and my temperature was starting to go up, so I made an Appointment through Solv.  Most of the appointment Choices were for the next day. The only choice for the same day was at Point Ruston Urgent Care Center.  When I arrived there, the staff was very friendly, and my care provider really listen to my concerns - thankfully. I would highly recommend going to Point Reston Urgent Care Center again.

I had a fall and thought I may have broken my wrist. Although I wasn’t able to get an appointment immediately, I arrived there early and they were able to see me before my scheduled time. The staff were great! They were friendly caring and professional. I am so grateful for the good care that I received! I would definitely recommend this  provider.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care
