Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

The PA who “treated “ me was the worst provider I have encountered in 40 years. She wouldn’t listen to my personal experience with sinus infections and resorted to lecturing me on sketchy subjective information.  She did not perform any physical exam whatsoever. I have had positive experiences at this UCC. I hope you monitor this provider for quality of care practice patterns. Not impressed and would not return for care with this PA.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was there for only 40 minutes and had Covid test and chest X-rays. Facility was very clean. Will come back to this location even though I live in Lakewood. Tacoma appointments were booked up for that day so I’m happy I ended up in Olympia.

Walked in early morning on a Saturday and was able to be seen quickly. Staff was pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

I was able to get an appointment on the same day with almost no wait time.  The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable.

Scheduled the appointment 24hrs ahead. Was feeling really miserable. Unless someone else is critical, I thought appts were supposed to be honored ahead of walk-ins. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very nice, I just felt I should have been seen in a more timely fashion.

Staff did not seem to care at all about resolving my issue.  Issue Sore throat for 2 weeks cant even sleep some nights because of the pain. they did a quick 10-15 minute step throat test and the quick one came back negative.  Asked what I wanted to do next.  I don’t know is a 97% accurate test the only thing that can be done?  That means for  every 100 patients three will be 3 diagnosed negative for strep throat when they have it.  I told them do the culture.  They kept asking me what I wanted to do.  I don’t know. I’m not the doctor.  I didn’t  know I was running the clinic. Scheduling was easy. Caring about trying to fix my issue was non existent.   Dr. didn’t even look in my throat until  to the very end when I asked her to. I’d think that is step one when I showed up is to actually see if they could see an issue.  Very lazy care. Front desk lady was awesome.

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

Came in with a pretty awful gouge in my shin.  Staff was kind, patient and gentle as they cleaned up and stitched my wound.  Was so happy I went to indigo vs the ER.  Got right in and was well cared for.  Returned to get stitches removed and had an equally good experience despite the reason for being there.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!
