This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

The scheduling was easy. The lady in front desk was nice and approachable when I checked in. The staff are nice and friendly. I don’t Iike how  Dr. Dieter Eppel checked my kid. His bedside manner is bad. There’s no instruction when he do a procedure( e.g checking the ear and mouth). My kid likes going to the doctor but he got scared with this doctor. Instead of instructing the kid to open his mouth, he pinched the cheek and not saying any word to the kid. He is unfocused. He asked the same questions for at least 3 times. Definitely not recommending him.

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Came in with a lot of pain, but Joel’s friendly vibe and humble spirit made me at ease! Lizette (I think was her name) showed care and captured everything I said. X-ray Tech (Megan I think) was patient and thoughtful. Dr. Singh carefully listened and examined my issue with satisfying diagnosis and treatment. The care & respect was received and appreciated. Starting with Sylvester working hard to set appointments and dealing with my laptop not connecting to my Doctor Sarah for the first time ever I feel heard and respected. From torn tendons to acid reflux I’m given the best care. I’m listened to. This is really a great facility Prescriptions are filled quickly, labs clearly explained it’s amazing

Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. Also I got a free bottle of water. Which was offered to me. While I was waiting to be seen in my room. Still wait easier than going to the e Still wait easier than going to the ER

Everyone was friendly and professional. The promptness was perfect. The facility appeared to be immaculate.  The patient care was thorough.  No complaints.  Highly recommend.
