I wasn't feeling my best and needed to be seen so having problems with dizziness and ear ringing and pressure and peeing alot

I came in for a cat bite. I don't usually have male doctors, but this doctor was so nice. I believe he noticed I was anxious. He gave me space while he explained everything, didn't sit close like the other doctors. He also apologized for having to mess my arm since it hurt.

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

Having urinary symptoms and post shingles pain. Wait time within limits.

Literally the best doctors visit I've ever had. It was so simple and easy and everybody was super nice. Highly recommended!!
