My legs were swollen and I was concerned… the nurses and Dr made me feel comfortable and they seemed like they were concerned

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

Everyone was very nice. I cannot complain about that at all. I’m not sure if they were supposed to schedule me an appointment with ENT or if I was supposed to do it have to call back at the office and find out

American Family Care got me signed in and my physical done in a short time and I was on my way

Everyone was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the nurses were personable, and caring. The doctor took his time.
