ARCpoint Labs is a locally-owned clinical lab that provides the best customer service in town for COVID-19 PCR, Antigen and Antibody tests. We offer a variety of quick and convenient test options to serve the needs of our clients for a variety of purposes.

We provide COVID-19 testing services for: vaccine / antibody verification, travel, events, business meetings, family gatherings, employment (new-hire, return-to-work), and more.

The specific COVID-19 tests we offer are: rapid antigen viral tests (from multiple manufacturers), combination rapid Antigen / influenza viral tests, same day PCR viral tests, lab-based PCR viral tests, rapid antibody tests, and lab-based quantitative antibody tests.

I waited an hour and a half for rapid antigen covid test because they never emailed me the first time. Since it was after hours, I called twice and the supervisor had to call me from home because I never got that first email. I wouldn’t have been so frustrated if it didn’t also cost $125 when I haven’t paid a dime for any tests out of 6 others.

I had to fill out a lot of online information, and schedule my time for the test. Everyone was friendly and I received the results in less than an hour and in . PDF format as requested. My only disappointment was the cost of $259 and the fact that I have to file the claim with Medicare and my secondary insurance. For what was charged they should have to file the paperwork like every other medical services I have ever dealt with. Super disappointed in those two things.
