Great health care provider!  I had a mishap with a mat knife and they took me straight away, gave me all the gauze I needed.  Dr was kind, efficient with the stitches, explained  everything and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought expected.  I hope not to be going back any time soon but if needed I super glad they are there!

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

Stat Med in Pleasant Hill is a hidden gem… it’s easy to make an online same day appointment the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Connie is the best… She makes you feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to, she is patient and listens to your concerns. I’ve been to Stat Med and Pleasant Hill several  times because I’m confident they’ll take good care of me.

Thank you so much to the doctor I saw. He recognized that the antibiotic I was on was not appropriate for someone with Mono. Since making that change and adding a steriod, my condition has improved immensely in the span of a day.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

Dr Fitzpatrick was thoughtful and attentive and did what tests she could. Her diagnosis of pneumonia was not confirmed by the staff at CPMC, however. It seems I have some sort of infection, maybe more than one—perhaps bronchitis for one. The high pulse rate was due to dehydration. BTW the X-ray copy I took to the hospital was incompatible with its system. Nonetheless I appreciate the care I was given at Carbon.

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
