Woke up with Covid, and called and made an appointment! I love that there was no wait, no complaints from staff due to me having Covid and they were very friendly!

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

They were quick and professional.  Staff in the front were caring and helpful.  The lady that checked my vitals was nice.  The main doctor that checked my bum assessed the situation quickly.  I’d have liked it if he asked more questions about my health, but I get that checking someone’s bum isn’t pleasant and practiced hands prefer quick work.

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

Dr. Colin & PT/PA Lauren? Were wonderful. Appt was at 4:15pm, 10/31z. Kudos to staff on duty.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

The staff -Rheiann, Marlene & Kimberly we’re great! They were very helpful, provided exceptional service and were attentive to our concerns. We booked an appointment on line, check-in was quick and we met with the physician promptly at our scheduled time. I would highly recommend them to my friends & family!

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.
