Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Everyone was supportive, patient, kind, and helpful. This is the only Urgent Care I got to because of the great customer service and attention they give to you.  I highly recommend this location.

A great urgent care clinic.  I will definitely return if ever I have a health problem. Much easier to get in and out for minor health issues than an ER.

Iris did a fantastic job explaining my condition and giving me several ways to help alleviate it.

Diagnosed my illness quickly and the care provider gave me very helpful information about what to look out for if my four month old catches it. Above and beyond care from the provider.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

Had been sick for a week battling congestion, cough and pain in chest.  From the time I walked through front door till I left the time was very quick.  No long waits.  Staff is very friendly and very attentive.  Personable which is good for people who get the “white coat syndrome”.  Highly recommend this facility.  The PA was wonderful.  Very therapeutic presence.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

I had two test kits to get blood drawn for- the whole process was quick and thorough and despite a lifetime of difficulty finding my vein- Shannon had absolutely no trouble whatsoever.
