Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

Easily booked an appt using on-line app, reminder sent, check in very easy and staff friendly. Less than 5 minute wait, PA very thorough, entire visit less than 30 min. Would reccomend this facility for those in need of medical visit.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

Super easy to schedule an appt online, the wait was probably less than 5 minutes once there. Staff and the NP were friendly and helpful. Got meds and started feeling better the next day.

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

I hesitate on saying what a great experience it was beening treated at Carbon Health Urgent Care. I'd like to keep it as my secret. Clean, great staff and over all great vibe. Scheduling - easy, Check-in respectful and friendly, Staff amazing!

Wonderful experience. Staff was great, I  was seen quickly and the PA was compasdionate, friendly very professional and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend Carbon health in Indio.

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.
