The staff was amazing dealing with all the Covid 19 testing and the massive number of people visiting

We are ages 73 & 78 & didn’t feel well. We didn’t know what to expect & was uncomfortable in our new situation, unfamiliar environment, possibility of contact with really sick folks. We had been exposed 7 days earlier to a confirmed Covid positive neighbor. It only took a minute or two - for the receptionist to put us at ease. Respectful, friendly, clearly overqualified for the position. We had done the paperwork on line, a little challenging for us “OG’s” (old guy & old gal) the medical assistant was equally as GREAT! Then the Dr. came in continuing the wonderful care & attention he detail & was so gracious. Never been to this facility or any on Christmas Eve. Of course they were swamped with all manner of health issues & took it in gracious stride. Carole & Irv ❤️🙏🏻🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏻 Insurance paid the $500 for testing.

A friendly, “we’ll be with you in just a moment”, since they were on the phones…it’s nice to be acknowledged…place is clean and the set up is sooo comfortable…I was a walk-in…filled out forms on my phone, talk about convenient! I got in quickly to see the Dr. I would definitely recommend coming to Indigo Urgent Care!

We had one of the best experiences we have ever had here! Friendly staff, very clean, nurse and Dr were both extremely kind and informative. I ended up asking if they had primary care there, it was that good! They do not🤣 But this is my favorite urgent care clinic ever! Highly recommend! Thank you staff at Marysville Indigo!

Everyone was friendly and got me in fast. Dean Ngo was who I saw and he was amazing.actually cared about what I had to say. I have a severe sinus infection and it was the first time I was ever given the option to do a culture to find out the exact bacteria to get the right antibiotic. That is the way it is supposed be. I had to share this because it seems hard to find drs or np etc that take the time to listen, do a thorough exam and care anymore.

I got right in and had my test results before I even got home. They are all so kind and very professional.

I would recommend this Indigo Urgent Care Clinic to anyone! Always friendly and professional, always clean, and medical practitioners are thorough and kind.

This was my first time visit. The initial check in only took a short time and about 20 minutes to be seen . Both the assistant and the RN were very professional explaining all the various tests they were running. They were careful to check to ensure that my insurance would cover the rapid test. In and out in about an hour! COVID test

I truly appreciate the kindness from beginning to end! Dr Mica Crisp was very friendly and reassuring. He also took time to ask me questions and listen to my answers and past history. I recommend this urgent care to anyone! Even at the almost end of the work day he was friendly and warm. Thank you Mica!

Everything was lovely! The nurse was great; super friendly and very careful when testing. Hardly felt the stick up my nose. The doctor went above and beyond considering I was only there for a covid test. Even the receptionist was wonderful! The only suggestion I have is that when you send the text to check in online you should mention that you can go on inside and don't need to wait in your car. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a call that never came. The receptionist didn't even know I had checked in. So who was that check in for anyway? Otherwise, great experience and you'll get more business from me.

Indigo in Lake Stevens is the best walk in. Today they outdid themselves. I was in a room before I had a chance to sit down and they got me in and out in record time.

I scheduled an appointment for a COVID-19 test, and Ed able to get right in. Staff was AMAZING AND WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL. I’m so happy that they are an option for care. Dr. Marcy was AWESOME

I have been here several times and always get excellent care. Staff are friendly and efficient. Lamont is very professional and kind. This is my go to place for urgent care.

Very friendly, prompt and professional. Gave my kid apple juice and stickers. 10/10 would recommend.

In a word, fabulous! I had a head wound and was triaged and serviced immediately. Awesome friendly, efficient staff. PA Gerry was great! I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care.

I don’t know why you needed To do all that other testing since I was just in for a Covid test.
