So thankful for all the staff and their smiling faces in the midst of high patient volumes and continued Covid craziness. Thank you ok for being there so other employees like me can get tested and do my work as well!

I just needed a covid test due to exposure and symptoms. Despite being busy, the staff was quick, professional, organized and courteous. I don’t usually fill these out, but I was impressed.

This is the best place to go for urgent care. You receive timely appointments, the staff are always friendly, they are knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. The ARNP was amazing, she showed care, compassion, and expertise! I felt very confident about my treatment plan!

The check in process for the walk in clinic was quick and simple. I waited in the lobby for only about 10 minutes. Once in the back the nurse was so kind and very personable! She listened and really wanted to understand what I had come in for! She offered advice to make the COVID text a little more bearable. It worked too! I then had to wait for the PA/DR. When she came in, she apologized for “my wait.” In reality it was all very quick. I came in for a test and came out with my results, for COVID and both strains of Influenza, in a very timely manner! The staff was courteous from start to finish! Thank you so much for the time and courtesy!

As a mom of young kids, I spend my fair share of time in clinics, all of which consistently meet my expectations. But our care at indigo on the evening of Dec. 8th was exceptional, truly exceeding all expectations for care and experience. Could I even say enjoyable!? The receptionist was friendly and prompt and our nurse was out of this world. She addressed my young son as her patient in a way that was understandable, appropriate, and comforting for him. The PA explained a clear and reasonable timeline for when to hear back from her and referred us to easily get our results online (so easy!).

I got there too early. The Solv app does not work. I had to re-enter all my information every single time to check where I was on the list for service. Once inside the young man who met us at the door and performed the blood pressure, heat rate etc. was fantastic, as was the doctor on call who checked our respiration etc. Both were knowledgeable, kind, competent and fast. We took the test to comply with reduced isolation/ quarantine. It was a Vacation re-entry Covid test.

The staff was helpful with my kiddo to get the necessary information and vitals from him.

This was our first time visiting as we are from out of state. I was extremely impressed with how smoothly it runs and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They did a thorough exam and talked everything over in layman’s terms. I highly recommend using this urgent care in Tumwater if in need of care.

My family and I come to urgent care when we can’t get in to see our regular dr. We have never had a problem getting in. The staff is above friendly and proficient at their jobs and extremely helpful at all they do.

This was overall a great urgent care experience. I really appreciated the online tracking of your own wait time- very time efficient and patient conscious. The staff were all great, professional and kept safety in mind the entire time.

I was not sure what to expect, bringing in my coughing/wheezing/temp running 11 year old during a pandemic. I had her wait in the car while I checked in and there was a line literally out the door. Glad I had made an appointment. Upon seeing the line I was super worried about being rushed out, or having to wait a super long time. Our appointment was at 3:30, we were checked in around four. From there everything just got better. The staff was very friendly, kind, and sensitive to a sick, scared, little girl. They offered us a drink and we’re very nice. The nurse who took vitals was amazing, and very good with my daughter. She was gentle when administering the covid test, and very patient. The doctor came in and actually understood I was letting my girl answer the questions, and she asked my daughter them after that. I can’t answer all the questions, I’m not the one sick. The doctor took the time to be kind, patient, and more patient. She told us her thoughts and took the time to draw a diagram so my little girl could understand. She answered all seven million questions Katie had, and then asked me if I had any. The provider gave me a suggest plan and made sure I was okay with. Including what tests, why, what she saw and heard, and times on about how long each would take. We left with a COVID free little girl with a nasty case of bronchitis. The little girl left happy because the doctors office gave her hot chocolate, and was nice. We were there two hours, but it was time well spent and would have been much longer at an ER with out the care we received from indigo.

I couldn’t ask for a better urgent care. We drive 45 minutes just to be seen at Indigo. They are THE best!

Indigo Urgent Care is right down the street and do convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter had an ear infection and once she was seen it was quick and easy to get her prescription and go to the pharmacy.

Very clean, Friendly staff, and hardly any wait time! I would recommend this place to anybody that needs urgent care.
