I have never had a greater experience than the one we had from this urgent care! From start to finish, it was a smooth process-the staff is so friendly and helpful! We were able to check in online and schedule an appointment so there would no waiting in an overcrowded waiting room, which is what we came to expect from other urgent care centers in the area. We were taken back promptly upon arrival and had the most caring doctor who really listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained and answered all of my questions about her diagnosis and treatment. I can’t recommend this urgent care enough!

Was dreading going to urgent care with my little one and came out raving to my parent friends about how great the experience was - friendly, extremely clean, great doctor (Dr. Laos), kind nurse, fun art everywhere, and bonus? Disney Junior cartoons playing on the TV in the spacious waiting room and well-designed exam room! My daughter was so happy and calm throughout the entire experience. Thank you!

This has been my second visit to this Urgent Care location and I am beyond pleased with their service. The facility itself is immaculate, the staff is beyond friendly, the wait time is very little and the Dr's are so friendly, understanding, knowledgeable. They definitely went out of their way to make sure we as customers are not only treated well but feel are comfortable during our visit. The check in system was a little tricky because I was asked to complete forms online that I was unable to do due to technical issues. I prefer the old school way anyway so this worked in my favor. I have already started recommending family and friends that live in the area to go there when needed due to the quality service my son received. Thank you PM Pediatrics Hastings Ranch!!!

My pediatrician recommended this Urgent Care since she was not able to see my baby afterhours. I am very pleased with the care we received. We didn't wait to be seen at all. The receptionist already had all of our information when we checked in. The staff was very friendly. The physician took the time to thoroughly examine my baby and explained the diagnosis and treatment on detail. She was also really caring and had great bedside manner. The cost of care was as expected and very reasonable. I would recommend PM Pediatrics because of the excellent and prompt care we received.

I am a health care worker and needed to get a Covid test. They were the fastest but wish I could have them as my Dr. very efficient, friendly, clean.

This is our 3rd time here and I just can’t say enough good things about the staff and Drs here. Simply amazing!!!! Dr Long is just the kindest most caring doctor. My son always gets really nervous and worked up when we come to urgent care and Dr. Long always comes in with such a kind and caring demeanor that puts my little guy at ease. Can’t rave enough about this place. So glad we found them.

The visit did not start off well as we were unable to get clarification if the radiology group they use was in network. We left frustrated and without completing the visit. However, the physician determined and understanding of our frustration finally got clarification for us. She called and offered to take my son right in, complete the X-rays and the visit. I am grateful to this physician and her determination to help my son get the care he needed. Thank you! My husband and I are happy that we now have an urgent care place we can trust for kids.

Glad to find such a after hours urgent care dedicated to children only. New clinic and easy to park in the shopping center. Staff are very helpful.

This place is what pediatric urgent care dreams are made of. I was able to make an appointment online, check in on an app, and see my place on the waitlist. The staff were all very friendly and the inside is adorable. Kids shows were on the TVs and there is a nature theme throughout. Our appointment was for 5:45 and we were out by 6:30. I’m so glad this place is in town!

Extremely friendly, staff including doctor explained everything perfectly and took his time. Great place for kid’s, definitely made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit.

Rachel at the front desk was wonderful. She was very friendly, welcoming, and quick to process us. She made sure others in the waiting room maintained distance and wore their masks. I was a little surprised at the wait time as there was just one family ahead of us. We had appointment at 1pm. We already had completed paperwork ahead of our arrival. We arrived and checked in at 12:55 but we weren’t seen until 1:45. We were done by 1:55 All we needed was a PCR Covid test. When the doctor finally saw us, it was a brief exchange and then he had someone else come in to do the test. That person was great with my fearful and squirming 19 month old as he swabbed my daughter’s nostrils and gave me information while my child was wailing in my arms. He maintained his calm and even brought stickers for my patient and her brother. Overall, I am very thankful to have found a pediatric urgent care that is clean, was fairly empty, and the staff were all wonderful.
