very friendly staff, fast covid test, quick sign in.

Needed a covid test after returning from another state. Staff was great, appointment was fast, will return should I need them again!

I brought my 3 year old daughter to urgent care today and they treated us so well. The staff was great with her and the care they gave to us was awesome! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Walked in for Covid test as a new patient. Quick, efficient and modern. Pleasant staff. Great decor for kids too!

I love this urgent care .. everytime I take my daughter even tho she is sick she love the place The staff Nd the Drs are amazing ... I will recommend this place to every parent to take their children’s .. you won’t regret .. If you make the appt through the app the waiting is not even more than 20 min.. thank you so so much !!!!

There’s no long time wait like other places. And the front desk, she’s very accommodating and courteous. I’ve been coming to this place for quite a while now. I feel so welcome every time I bring my children. I wish all urgent care adult or pediatrics are same like PM Pediatrics. 👍🏻👍🏻

It depends on which office you visit. I had a wonderful experience, wonderful bedside manner, and expedited results at a new jersey location. They were very helpful and accommodating. However the Abington PA location wasn't the same. I took my toddler daughter with no visible or physical symptoms to be covid tested as daycare protocol, while daughter was slightly frightened by the animal design and went to cling to the RN the nurse pulled away, the same didn't ask me to place my daughter on my lap she turned her head and forced the test and test results still aren't available. I didn't receive a note for school it was just as they were just there. I will take the drive to another state if there is a next time. If you are that scared you shouldn't be a covid testing nurse. I am a nurse and I treat people the way I expect to be treated.

I thought i made an appointment for 3:20 on your website for Covid testing. I was seen around 5:00. Need to put on your website that you squeeze Covid testing patients in between sick patients, and it could be a 1- 2 hr wait!!! Staff was very nice but i would not go back and wait that long .

Didn’t know there was a $50 copay for a covid test

This is the second time we’ve been to this location. Desk staff never greets us or gives any updates on wait time. We had a set appt and waited 30 mins. We understand it’s urgent care and wait time can be uncertain so someone should have updated us or at least acknowledged the wait. Nurse was very nice but bedside manner of Dr was NOT GREAT. Procedure being done large splinter removal w 3 lidocaine injections. It was scary and painful for my child. Dr kept making comments that she was “barely touching her” and “I can’t get this out if you don’t stop moving”. My child is 3.5, in pain and terrified and this is a pediatric facility—they should know better and have more compassion.

We went for a Covid test. I was extremely surprised and disappointed that they had us waiting in the waiting room with other patients. After we signed in no one cleaned anything that we touched, nor did they clean anything during the entire time we were in the waiting room. I even asked about it and the receptionist told me that they clean after every person comes to the desk. I saw 4 people, including myself at the desk and not a single thing was wiped down. She explained that they do the waiting room when half was empty. At that moment the other side of the waiting room was empty and no one came out to clean it. I was not reassured that we were safe and they were taking proper precautions.

Difficult time trying to get test results on the patient portal. If a Dr. Cant talk to me about my child I can & will move along to another urgent care.
