We just moved to Ohio and this was my first time at the clinic. I was there to be tested for a coronavirus. From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left I felt so well taken care of.The staff is amazing and took their time not only to examine me, but to talk with me so that I felt more secure.I would definitely recommend!!!

Not bad. Didn't know what to expect though, really, since it's been a while since I've been to urgent care. Would recommend. Getting in was quick, and check in was easy, but I had to wait a bit after because there were a lot of people and I was low priority.

Came in with my father to get a Covid test for him and I. They were very friendly and even suggested getting an X-ray for possible pneumonia for my father. Which is good since I was trying to get him to the doctors for that

The woman at the front desk made my whole visit much more comfortable than most urgent care visits. She helped me with paperwork, vas very friendly and polite, and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I was so scared this morning upon finding a tick on my thigh! The staff at Devon Place UH care center was excellent! They were competent, reassuring, and so caring! Thank you to the team at UHUrgent Care! You helped me so much!Yes! I do would recommend this facility!

I walked into UH urgent care. Was treated immediately. Clean facility and very friendly staff.

I was very scared to get my blood drawn and took a long time to mentally prepare. All of the staff were very reassuring and they extracted the blood quickly.

Everything was great but the receptionists at the front of urgent care. They were slightly rude and didn’t make the initial experience good. But the nurses and everyone in the back was great.

After the minute clinic would not assist me with out a covid test since he had a fought I went to the UH urgent care. Everyone was great and knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour. The nurse was amazing with my children. Thank you UH

The Kent Urgent Care is amazing! The staff are so nice and courteous, it’s kept clean and cheerful. My family nor I will never go to Streetsboro again, they’re not friendly at all! Kudos to Kent!!

Perfect if they could actually help me I would feel better but I went to urgent care instead of ER on the advice if someone. I didn't know urgent care was more for broken bones than internal stuff.

I was told to go to UH Ravenna emergency room. When I got there, I found a sign on the door stating EMERGENCIES ONLY. All others enter through the main entrance. Went in main entrance and no one there to help. Went directly to radiology and there was no one there. Called radiology and she said we should have gone through E.R. told her we were turned away from there. The reason I'm here is to find out if I have blood clots in my arm. The doctor I saw at urgent care sent the order STAT and needed to find out EMEDIATLY as the pain and discoloration is getting worse. Been waiting now for an hour and a half. Still waiting

Even though they were getting ready to close, they took me in and got me checked out. This is the BEST experience I've ever had with an Urgent Care Clinic. Thank you so much!

The staff, nurses, X-ray technician and especially Laura Ridgley (NP) were outstanding! Laura was so kind , compassionate, and thorough and the nurses, X-ray technician and aides were all very kind and compassionate as well (helpful too when I lost my sunglasses and 2 male nurses helped me look for them). I have been to this UH Urgent Care site twice in the past month and both times have been so impressed with their friendliness, efficiency, care and compassion. The site is also very clean and their safety protocol for covid topnotch. They all deserve a special commendation and thanks. I have always appreciated medical workers, but even more so during this pandemic. Thank you Kent UH Urgent Care for exceptional quality and compassionate care.

The Solv app made it difficult for me to schedule my appointment so I just called the urgent care and they just had me go in since I was already in the parking lot

The doctor, the nurse, and the receptionist went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I think it’s great that you can make an appointment at urgent care. thank you so much

I went to emergency room after I left due to almost fainted at the grocery store. My blood pressure was too high. I am feeling better today.
