The staff is very nice and friendly. The service is efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes and got rapid antigen result 15 minutes later through text. Also I like the process of submitting your personal info through a link to your phone rather than the actual paper work.

I arrived and the door was locked and the lights were off. A sign indicated the place was closed. I called their number and got a voicemail. They called me back and told me their worker was stuck in traffic and they had to reschedule me from 11 to 11:40. Once the provider got there, she was lovely, patient, and kind. But this is a horrible way to run a clinic. Don’t make appointments for times when no one will be there. Fix your signs to indicate when you will be open.

Unclear where I can get my test results. Even after I asked I did not get a clear answer. Also, every time I enter your facility I need to re-enter all of my information as if I'm a new patient. Staff was no where to be found. Although I was the only person there and it wasn't my first time, it took me ~20 minutes to check-in
