The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. I had a large water blister which after 3 days was still oozing. I decided it was time to have it examined and since it was a holiday I looked at going to a immediate care facility. All groups I went to were unable to see me for at least 3 hours. I selected DOCS. Very very happy I did, service was exceptional by the doctor and staff.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:30. I arrived at the office at 12:10. I was told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before being seen. It would be on the computer with a doctor. I left because that was unacceptable. The office person was very nice and apologetic. I decided to go to another medical group in the area.
