The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

I had the best experience ever. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Dr Stevens is the  best!! I will definitely recommend  Dr Stevens.. he is by far the best doctor.

Simple and easy scheduling on website. NP who took care of my plugged ear was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".

The wait time was a bit long, but I did arrive at a very busy time in the afternoon. (I had to return today so I arrived at 7:15am and was seen immediately!) ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE AS NICE AS COULD BE!!! The front desk people were swamped, but still managed to be completely organized and very competent at a stressful time of the day. The technicians who took care of me each day were AWESOME, super nice, friendly, cheerful and smart who both displayed the type of bedside manner we all hope to receive wherever we go. I would absolutely return and would encourage others to go to that particular office as well!

Really not docs fault for the wait, many people need to be tested for Covid, otherwise very please with the level of service we were provided...

The two staff who were working were great. Great because they are overwhelmed And still managed to take care of everyone.

I arrived there early - they started the process early too! Waited in my car, it was relatively quick, easy and painless. Staff was great! Not sure how they keep smiling with a long line of people outside from the minute they open! Would highly recommend this facility :-)
