First time here and everything from scheduling and the visit was so quick and easy. Everyone was very nice. The provider asked questions and gave good recommendations. The clinic is so cute and clean. Love that there’s a parking lot. Definitely will recommended.

Everyone at west med were excellent, being able to get all test in one spot makes a big difference.

Discovered a blister on my left hand thumb and called for a 11am appointment to have it treated.  The staff at the reception area were attentive and very cordial.  The wait was short and the Nurse Practitioner was able to suggest treatment for my thumb. She was able to address my concerns and provided a dressing for my thumb and prescribed an antibiotic at my pharmacy. Urgent Care was professional and advised me on how I should care for my thumb. I would not hesitate using this Urgent Care in the future.

Dr. Hubel in urgent care in New Rochelle was the BEST doctor I ever saw at Westmed. He was thorough with his exam and questions. He ran bloodwork. He didn’t rush me in and rush me out. There needs to be more doctors like him. WONDERFUL!!! Nancy Cohill

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!

We love every part of PM Pediatrics. Love the Doctors, quick access to X-rays and of course the interaction with the kids. PM pediatrics offers world class care without the wait or hassle of an emergency room. Kids are the priority. My only complaint is the check in. Computer systems will create multiple profiles for your kids. Very frustrating when billing gets crossed, children get confused and you have start fresh each visit.

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.
