Great! Clean place, pleasant staff, and reasonable wait time for the number of people in the waiting room. I would recommend this clinic for those reasons. I plan on making this my go-to clinic for urgent care.

Today was my first visit. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. No one was in the waiting room when I arrived. Including an X RAY, my visit lasted about 45-60 minutes. I definitely recommend the new Urgent Care on Bailey Cove to residents of South HSV.

I had been to fast pace on Monday and because I am pregnant they didn’t do much I came to physicians car Thursday and they actually gave me something and checked me out ended up having strep and a ear infection got a antibiotic and I am sure I’ll fill better soon

I felt that the wait time for my appointment was rather long considering I had an appointment. It took over 2 hours for me to be seen. However, I understand this is largely out of the staff control, and apart from that I had one of my best experiences at this urgent care tonight. The doctors who I interacted with were thorough and asked me several questions to help develop a course of treatment as well as next steps if my symptoms don’t improve. Usually at this urgent care I feel like I’m in and out with no real benefit, but tonight was different and I had a great experience.

The receptionist at the front desk was great and helped me get checked in and I was taken back very quickly. The Nurse and the Nurse Practitioner were AMAZING and really took time to listen to my symptoms and prescribe something that would help me get well. Best urgent care I've ever been to, thank you!!!

Went in for rapid covid test. Sign in process quick. Testing process quick and efficient also. Staff friendly and thorough. On my way with test results and paperwork 30 min after sign in. Fantastic!

The receptionist doesn't answer the phone. I called for 45 minutes to get the result of my covid test. She never answered. Now tomorrow I'll go down there again if she doesn't answer. It's possible I could have covid. I don't feel good so this episode with her really upset me. The rest of the staff is excellent.

The Dr was very nice and helpful. I feel he gave me extra info so that I could get the help I needed. The nurse on the other hand was very impatient and short. She held the blood pressure cuff on my arm and my blood pressure was very high. When I questioned it and told her it is never that high. She said it didn't matter. It did to me!

Did not schedule appointment, didn't know you needed to. Did not like signing in with my phone. I am an elderly lady and not use to this. NP was fairly efficient. Everywhere you go, it's NPs doing treatment. Just hope her diagnosis was correct

Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, Bailey Cove - 7216 Bailey Cove Rd SE

I was unable to book an appointment but was in and out in about 30 minutes anyway. All staff very courteous and helpful. I required the removal of a tick. That was taken care of and I left with a prescription for antibiotics to prevent possible infection. I was very impressed with the service received. Definitely would recommend.

I was able to book an appointment the same day within 2hrs. There wasn't a long wait time upon my arrival. The staff was professional and my nurse Champagne was very welcoming. She made it a pleasure to visit and was very informative of my services. I would definitely choose this location for any future needs! My provider was also just as great.
