COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Elmhurst, IL

Husband and I had Covid test for travel in this facility. Appointment time was 10am, done in 15 minutes and was promised to have the result by 1 pm. Got the result before 12:30pm. 😉

This is the first place I actually liked everything was very clean people were friendly. Mostly loved how the nurses cleaned up and sanitizer before I entered the exam room. I really appreciated because it makes me feel safe and I know the person after will be safe as well! You guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! I know it isn't easy by how many people filled up the lobby In 10 minutes. Thanks again!

I made an appointment for a presurgery clearance and was seen promptly upon arrival. The receptionist was kind and considerate, as were all the staff. Dr. Anita was wonderful as was the nurse /technician.

Staff is most accommodating and the follow-through and follow-up is thorough. I feel the staff are professional, informed, and listen well. Woke up this morning with a sore throat and itchy eyes. I was able to book an appointment for the same day. Upon arrival the staff was amazing, so nice I have never been to an urgent care with such great personalities! I love a positive environnement and the team that saw me was great! Thank you

Worst Urgent Care I've been too. Rude nurse, was in a rush (it wasn't even busy), didnt take the time to fully understand my condition or even ask if I had any questions. Given my experience with her, it did not seem like she knew her job well. She even asked the doctor a very simple question which surprised me since it was something one in her position should know. It worried me that someone like that is caring for people who need medical attention. Same goes for the doctor, felt like he rushed me out and quickly jumped to a diagnosis without seeking further helpful information from me. On the other hand, the woman at the front desk was very kind and attentive.
