We offer ultra sensitive PCR testing services for UTI/STI and urine hCG (pregnancy), drug testing services by CLIA waived test methods. How old do I have to be to get tested?

We test both adults and children. Tests for children must be ordered by their parents.

Do I need health insurance?

No. We do not accept health insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA cards.

Do I need a lab order from my doctor?

No. This is Direct to Consumer service. If you already have a lab order from your doctor, you can order the same tests from us and give the results to your doctor.

Do I need to make an appointment with the lab?

We encourage booking through appointments, which reduces the wait time, but walk-ins are also accepted.

How will the lab know I ordered the tests?

Once you book, we receive the information immediately and you receive the confirmation by email or text to the phone number you provide.

Will I need to pay anything to the lab?

Yes, full amount should be paid before receiving the specimen and start the test.

How will I get my test results?

You will receive an email or text once the test is completed for an easy access online.

Is the testing private?

Yes. The testing and the results are completely confidential. We will not mail anything to your house, we do everything online.

How soon will I get the results?

Test results usually take 1 or 2 days.

Will I be able to understand the results?

Yes. For each test the report will say if the results are normal (negative) or abnormal (positive). Abnormal results will be highlighted.

Do I need to fast?

No. Fasting is not needed.

This clinic is not the best. I recommend doing Covid tests elsewhere. Not clear on cost or time frame of when the test will be returned. It’s been over 24 hours and nothing from the clinic. No response, no one answers the phone.
