They don’t use this website anymore to book appointments - it’s walk ins only now. There will be a QR code you scan to fill out a form. Then they’ll take more info to take your test. There was a long line at first but they split it off into two so we were in and out within maybe 20 minutes. The facility could do better with communicating what’s happening (eg more signs about the process) but the employees seemed to take a lot of ownership and we’re efficient.

It was a really good and easy experience. It was my 1st time going to urgent care and the staff was friendly and warm. I checked in and didn’t have to wait long to be called back to be examined. I will be recommending this place to anyone who may need urgent care.
