Scheduling was extremely easy.  Person that registered me at check in (I had a scheduled appt.) was very nice.  Nurse/tech assistant who did my check in of vitals etc was extremely understanding, showing true concern and compassion.  All other care beyond that was…. Just  Okay.  I would recommend this provider, though, I always know using Urgent Care, is subject the Dr who sees you, meaning it can be hit or miss, unfortunately.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

Was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the exam room. Walls were dirty and paint severely chipped. Floors looked like they haven't been washed. Additionally, was disappointed that there wasn't a gown to change into for xray. I was handed a disposable pillow case and asked to lower my pants and use the pillow case as a cover. This was far from the Atlantic Health standard that I am accustomed to. On a positive note, the front desk staff, was amazing.

They are very fast and nice with the customer and they have been a lot and they so kind with the patient
