          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           Couldn’t ask for more.  Friendly professional service.  Facility was spotless and I felt that my treatment by all was exceptional.  Within an hour, I had been tested, diagnosed and sent to the pharmacy for an antibiotic.  Follow up with my dr was strongly recommended. I walked out knowing that the dr I had just seen was concerned enough with me to want me to follow her instructions even after I left the facility.

          Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion.           I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

          Wait time was pretty long but understandable. Didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a doctor in person there.  Doctor did give me what I needed to feel better and I’m grateful for that.
