His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. Very friendly, helpful, and very good follow up every time I have gone in!

We just had a great experience when my 7 year old needed a strep test. I called ahead and we were able to get in quickly. The wait time was minimal, but there was only one other patient at the time. The front office woman was incredibly friendly, the nurse was great with my son and the doctor was quick to see us and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

Excellent staff. They went above and beyond in helping me.
