A great urgent care clinic.  I will definitely return if ever I have a health problem. Much easier to get in and out for minor health issues than an ER.

I had been having trouble with Allergies and came for the first time to AFC URGENT CARE, and was very Happy with the care and the follow up!  The check-in was super easy and the visit was scheduled immediately! GREAT JOB everyone! 👍😁 I recommend them

All employees/ medical staff were kind and professional. The physician was thorough in her evaluation and treatment. Marlo was fantastic.

Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Tripped while moving furniture and my finger was between a couch leg and a metal truck ramp. Definitely needed stitches. Went to AFC as they were the closest and I’m glad I did. Zero wait time and fast and highly competent treatment. Stitches up and out in about 1/2 hour. Definitely recommend them for your urgent care.

The entire staff was  very friendly and thorough. I felt very at ease with the diagnosis and treatment received.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

Scheduling and change is easy. All staff are friendly and explain everything with patience. Physician is professional and experienced. Highly recommend!
