All the staff was especially nice and over caring!! Which is always a plus in my book! Especially when staff could be short, only thing I could think of in these times is to tell clients to not waste a test if only showing mild symptoms which could be the flu and save the test for others who could use testing the most especially those who are Definitely autoimmune. And give courtesy to those who are their first and just in the vehichles waiting, cause those people are just taking extra precaution, but not the staffs fault

I’ve been to this urgent care several times, the wait is what it is with the current health issues. I believe the staff gets patients in and out as best as possible, and the doctors on staff are all very caring, but, they need to figure out a way to distance patients who come in and are visibly ill with a constant cough or sneezing from other patients in the waiting room. They should be made to wait in their car or in a separate room. The chairs are not spaced enough for distancing and the waiting room is always full.

The wait was 3 hours for a molecular Covid test required for surgery. Maybe there should be a special section just for patients who need this test. But otherwise the staff was very nice.

Good experience. My first time ever at an urgent care. It was recommended to me. I would go back there again.

The Dr. was very friendly and caring. The only complaint was that my “Rapid Test” was not then sent for more conclusive testing. My primary Doctor would not see me with only “Rapid Test” results.

Staff was friendly, facility was clean had plenty of space in the waiting area. I would use this urgent care again.

The one that did my covid test is the best. Didn't even feel that Is annoying tickle in my nose. The Doctor was helpful and caring. Thank you for your service, just hope the bill is too high

My son was sick and luckily he was tested and came back negative. They relieved me of my worse concern and my son is allowed to return to school after testing negative.

I was visiting a friend, when I felt ill. I had a headache, nausea, heaviness in my eyes. I stopped to see if Urgent Care took my insurance. I didn’t wait for a long period of time. The location was spotless. The staff was caring, and courteous. Thank You So Much. T. Stevens.

I had no appointment for rapid covid test. I. was in and out in less than 30 minutes including test results.

The service was excellent from beginning to the end. We had a scheduled appointment and there was no wait time once we arrived. The whole process-including treatment was approximately 20 minutes. This is how urgent care should be treated.

Staff friendly and efficient. Was treated for bronchitis after having covid test. Very satisfied with care tendered and friendly staff.

We came in to have a Covid test for an impending procedure. My overall impression as I walk through the doors was that it was extremely clean and all personnel were very friendly and helpful.

I was greeted as I entered. I was given a brief form to fill out. I didn't wait 5 minutes and the attending nurse saw me . The test didn't take long. The PA came out with the result quickly. Very professional.
