NP Snyder was absolutely amazing. I definitely will go out of my way to go to this urgent care from now on.

This was my first experience with AFC Urgent Care. I was extremely pleased with the staff. From the beginning to the end of the testing procedure. I would certainly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

I had a 1:00 appt for COVID-19 testing. When I checked in, they told me they were running 3 hours behind. They said they would text me when to returned. They texted me at 4:00 to say they were still running behind. I was finally texted at 5:00 to come to the lobby. Throughout, Kimberly was polite and professional. You have a gem there. I saw Lisa who was equally professional and competent. You really need to give those people more staffing.

I stated that I had been sick with flu symptoms for 2 weeks prior to having a change in symptoms and suspecting lung issues. I was not tested for the flu as I asked. Only Covid was checked. Everyone else in my home tested positive for Covid also. They are all much better. I’m still very uncomfortable. Please respond

Other than testing positive everything was excellent

I've came here several times for various things. Everything is typically good, staff, procedures. But this time the wait time was terrible. Over 2 hours for an urgent care at all 3 locations- Hixson, Chattanooga, Ooltewah. Granted this was December 26th. But no excuse for you all not to forecast better for staffing and more sickness during this time of year. I was miserable enough being sick and the wait made it worse.

I have been to this AFC location multiple times (for COVID and non-Covid issues) and have been pleased with my treatment every time! My latest visit was for a Covid test and I knew there would be a long wait. I was informed of my wait time when I arrived, was sent an wait-time update text during my wait and actually got in quicker than anticipated! I truly appreciate this clinic and their staff ( ESPECIALLY DAVID AND JANET)! Janet and David never rushed me while I discussed my symptoms/lack of symptoms, expressed my concerns and answered ALL of my questions during my visit! I can not imagine the stress that health care workers are going through right now (and all throughout the ongoing COVID pandemic), but greatly appreciate the professionalism, caring and friendliness shown by all the members of the Chapman Hwy AFC clinic staff! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!🥰

Online This time the nurse that tested for COVID flu and strep was efficient with testing so it was less bothersome and less painful. She was a pro. The office should buy her shoes for her as a gift.

I went in to get a COVID test but received so much more. The check-in process was super quick and easy, making my time spent at AFC Urgent Care much shorter than it could have been. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. After receiving my negative test, they did some more examining to determine what was making me sick and wrote prescriptions to deal with the infection.

1st time patient here. Been sick, struggled to find a location that could get a vivid rapid test within less than 6 hrs. They had an opening that was almost perfect for my travel time. Booked it. Girlfriend wanted tested too, they saw her as well. Staff was very good, felt like we made friends when we left. NP/Doc was very professional and explained things exceptionally well, also provided scripts for possible (likely but unconfirmed) flu/sinus infection. Great experience altogether. Highly recommended.

This was the first visit to this clinic. The facility was clean. My son was tested for flu and strep which was surprisingly negative since he could not swallow due to his throat being so incredibly sore. The doctor did not prescribe antibiotics in which I feel that an extremely sore throat with excessive green phlegm was really needed. She only prescribed mouth wash and something for occasional cough. He still 2 days later has an extreme sore throat so not really sure what move to make next.

Came for a pre-employment drug test. I was a walk-in. Staff was very nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t too bad either. It was a convenient location, I would recommend to family and friends.

AFC Urgent Care at the Poplar, Memphis location was outstanding! Check-in was easy, wait time was not long at all and the staff was friendly and funny!

The nurse that saw me and my doctor where very nice and professional. That being said the nurse that came to do my flu and covid test was not. First the two nose test that she administered where rough and done just at the very end of my nose not in the noise. Every covid test and flu test I have had in the past where up the nose. Second she was rough with the test and did not have a good bedside manner. My daughter was in the room beside me and when she was done I was informed by her that her nurse was mean to her and administered her test the same way.

It was an overall good experience. Although I had a lengthy wait time before being seen, I understand it was because of risks and to protect others. The check-in process online was alright and Dr. Congress was very nice and I appreciated that she would sit down and just genuinely listen and would offer her advice. The person who conducted the tests was also very nice. I also appreciated how quick the service after being seen was. I would definitely recommend this place in the future.

We were in town only for the day when my daughter’s throat got much worse. It was easy to get in to be seen, great social distancing, acceptable wait time, and friendly staff. The nurse testing for strep and Covid did a wonderful job at calming my daughter down.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I have used this Urgent Care before, and I find it the best in the area. The staff is kind, understanding and patient. They do not rush you through the process and do all they can to make you feel comfortable the entire time. They are as thorough as they can be so as not to miss any critical information. I felt like everything was clean. Safe distancing is a priority. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care and commend the staff on their professionalism and care.

Everything was so nice! I have had recent bad experiences at other urgent cares, but this is the best one yet. I will definitely come back!
