Went for covid testing with symptoms so qualified for walk-in appointment; given current outbreak the wait time was very reasonable. Staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Check in process could be streamlined; once checked in waiting in car in parking lot is comfortable with effective sms notification when ready.

I didn't rate wait time because there was a very long wait time due to tons of people showing up to get COVID testing. I was one of the last ones seen and had waited a long time but the staff was very organized and pleasant even though it had been a very long, busy day for them.

Making an appointment with AFC Urgent Care was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They even went the extra mile and speak to my insurance company to make sure I was covered for services. At my appointment time they were ready to meet my needs. The waiting area was extremely clean. I would go back there again. I would also recommend AFC Urgent Care to everyone. Thanks again!

I walked in which I expected. I was checked in and waited on my car until called. I went in & went into a room very quickly. The nurse talked with me & gave me a Covid test. I waited about 15 minutes for the results which a PA gave me. The test was negative and he checked me and told me what to do for my symptoms & what to do if anything changed. Great experience!

I came in for a rapid Covid-19 test and was very pleased at how quickly I was seen.The staff and doctor on duty were very helpful and professional.Appreciate the good treatment.

Everything about AFC Urgent Care is wonderful! The doctors there are excellent and have always helped to solve my problem, whatever it may be, and the staff is so nice and courteous. It is so good to know that AFC is there should I need them!

My nurse from the start, and Dr. Emily Wheeler were both outstanding! Emily was thorough, efficient, pleasant, like an old friend I just met. Felt like I was being observed. assessed, and listened to by a personable seasoned pro, and the treatment she prescribed has helped my issues very much. Also great to get negative tests back within 15 minutes, on the spot for Strep and Covid. So glad this urgent care is in my neighborhood! Was in and out in less than hour! Remarkable and impressive. Highly recommend.

This is the best urgent care in the city! Only one we go to when we can’t get into our primary. Staff and medical team were great!

They were absolutely amazing and patient. The nurse who took care of my kids was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, kind, funny, just all awesome! I think her name was Jenny or Jennifer. Would recommend to anyone!

We were new in town and my dad had a fall so we took him to the AFC Urgent Care. The staff And care exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly and very thorough in explaining the medical care. Wait time was about five minutes. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
