American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in Virginia

They are all very efficient and friendly and comforting when i was there, feeling bad.  My PA was wonderful and really showed concern in trying to figure out my problem.  I have used them before and my som also if needed. They all are a great working team together.

I wanted to make sure my co-payment reflected my insurance what I was to pay other than that the staff and the physician was truly wonderful.

I was a walk in. They were smiling and friendly. I was checked in to this very clean environment very fast. The staff and the provider were awesome and I was in and out in a flash

Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

Ms. Bianca (Medical Assistant) provided excellent care and support throughout my office visit. Because of our outstanding Customerservice and Pleasant bedside Manor, I would definitely return to AFC for care in the future.
