American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in High Point, NC

Wait time was long, even though I had previously scheduled an appointment due to the physician having other engagements. In the rooms, there is dust under the chairs. Also once my appointment was over and it was almost closing time, one of the staff members stated I could wait for my ride but the other staff member stated I would need to leave. I ended up waiting outside because I felt it was extremely rude since I wasn’t feeling well and had to wait on someone to pick me up and I had waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I felt this was extremely unconsiderate. Lack of common courtesy!

Staff was top of the line with care. They listened to make sure they have everything taken care of. Will definitely be going back for future appointments
