All the staff was especially nice and over caring!! Which is always a plus in my book! Especially when staff could be short, only thing I could think of in these times is to tell clients to not waste a test if only showing mild symptoms which could be the flu and save the test for others who could use testing the most especially those who are Definitely autoimmune. And give courtesy to those who are their first and just in the vehichles waiting, cause those people are just taking extra precaution, but not the staffs fault

I’ve been to this urgent care several times, the wait is what it is with the current health issues. I believe the staff gets patients in and out as best as possible, and the doctors on staff are all very caring, but, they need to figure out a way to distance patients who come in and are visibly ill with a constant cough or sneezing from other patients in the waiting room. They should be made to wait in their car or in a separate room. The chairs are not spaced enough for distancing and the waiting room is always full.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

My grandson have been coughing and sneezing, stuffy, and runny nose couldn’t sleep for the last two days bought them into AFC and everyone was just outstanding with him as he has autism and they were patient with him thank you all for taking him at the last minute when I couldn’t get him into his pediatrician.  I highly recommend this provider

7pm on a Friday night and they were able to see me immediately, complete an X-ray, have it read, have the doctor speak with me and have me fitted for crutches and a boot within 30 minutes.  There was no rushing or skipping steps to care. From check-in to Doc, everyone was kind and personable.

Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

Was feeling miserable with harsh cough and cold symptoms for several weeks . Finally went to Urgent Care on a holiday weekend. Was seen quickly and had a thorough examination by the PA. The Staff was excellent and efficient. Prescriptions were ready when we arrived at the pharmacy. Overall it was a very pleasant and friendly and professional experience.
