I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him.
