Had been unable to clear earwax out of my ear for a few days and was scared of an infection. Jasmine Laura and a couple more of the nice staff I didn't hear the names of helped me. They never gave up until it was clean even though it was annoyingly stubborn! I was so relieved walking out.

I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.

I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much. I would like to thank the doctor, the nurse and the receptionist I was feeling really feeling bad and the receptionist finished filling out my paperwork and the nurse took her time to hear how I felt and why, and the doctor went to extra mile to run extra lap work on my problem and I was called back with results, in time that would be expected for someone who . I love coming here.  They listen to you and figure out what is needed.  The doctors really listen to you and what you need.  They are the only ones so far that I have found that take your thoughts and real history into consideration when deciding what to prescribe for you.

PA was great in overall care and friendly. She was very receptive and informative. I would highly recommend her to others. The receptionist did a superb job in getting my paperwork together and staying with it until it was finished. She was great.

This is a great place to walk into when you are feeling awful! The medical team was understanding, kind, professional and knew what they were doing. I walked out knowing what was wrong with me and my medications were ready at the pharmacy as soon as I arrived. This was the smoothest, least stressful urgent care appointment I have experienced. I’m also from out of state. The woman at the front desk processed my insurance immediately. Most importantly, the medical assistant was very thorough and so nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and calming. All in all a great experience when you’re feeling horrible! If I lived here, I would even consider having them as my regular ‘go to’ physician!
