I walked in which I expected. I was checked in and waited on my car until called. I went in & went into a room very quickly. The nurse talked with me & gave me a Covid test. I waited about 15 minutes for the results which a PA gave me. The test was negative and he checked me and told me what to do for my symptoms & what to do if anything changed. Great experience!

The nurse we had was fantastic. We had to get tested (luckily, came back negative) and she made us feel comfortable. Even though it was a scary moment, she made it feel less intimidating. I’ve never had a doctor or nurse make me laugh during an appointment but she made it happen. Hopefully, I won’t have to go back any time soon but if I had to, I would go back here.

It was our first experience there. They listened to concerns. They were Patient with my child being tests and Dr offices bring on anxiety. Our over all experience great.

I was treated with good care, gentleness, and understanding. Octavius was very understanding and made me feel at ease about the test I was having. I hope if I ever have to come back, he’s the nurse I see or I hope the other nurses are just understanding as he is. Thank you to all the Doctors, Nurses for all that you do.

You never know what you’re going to get in an Urgent Care situation. Based on my experience with yesterday’s visit I would recommend this facility to anyone that needed good quality medical care performed by a professional and friendly staff.

The doctor was awesome her name was marlena she was amazing I could be wrong about her name but she is a wound specialist and she got the job done professional and the staff is also amazing so if you have a medical need most definitely go to this urgent care.

I was very pleased with my experience with this urgent care. They were nice and polite on the phone and at the window when I arrived. The nurse was so sweet and caring and the Dr listened and had great concern and understanding. It will be our urgent care of choice from now on.

The whole staff was super friendly and cheerful which is understandably kind of rare these days in Urgent Care facilities considering what these folks have to deal with on a daily basis. Dr. Doan was very attentive and took a lot of time and care to really listen to my issue and did not rush through my appt. This was my first time here and this will definitely be my go-to going forward. The whole process from checking in online to getting my RX was seamless. I highly recommend AFC.

I visited AFC Urgent Care for a rapid COVID test. The nursing staff and the doctor treated me with the utmost care and provided me with care instructions when I tested positive. I liked their service so much that I had my wife tested there and I will surely be returning for my follow up COVID test.

First time to visit this facility. My teen daughter needed a rapid Covid test for school...on a Saturday. We tried every rapid Covid testing office in 5 counties. AFC was the only one to have availability. They were quick, polite, informative and great with my daughter. I highly recommend them.

The wait time was to be expected. On A Sunday AM in August. Being able to see where you are in the line really helps. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to the AFC Urgent Care in Gastonia, NC.

I will not go another urgent care after my experience here. My wife and I went for a Covid test after testing negative at a drive thru a week before. When they called us the nurse noticed my wife struggling and didn’t like her color and told them to put her in a room. The doctor came in and ordered an ekg and told me he had called EMS to come and transport her to the hospital. Our results came back positive before the ambulance arrived. These are the most alert an conscientious people I’ve ever encountered at an urgent care.
